TRANSFORMING IDEAS INTO GLOBAL NONFICTION

Editor of NY Times Bestselling Titles • International Publishing Strategist

A woman with blonde hair and a warm smile, wearing an orange blouse, standing in front of a bookshelf filled with various books.

For over three decades, I have worked at the highest levels of publishing on both sides of the Atlantic — shaping manuscripts, cultivating authors, archives, and brands, and guiding books into national and international bestseller lists.

I bring a rare combination: the editorial rigor of a publishing veteran, the cultural fluency of a multilingual global thinker, and the discerning guidance of someone who understands what transforms a manuscript into a work of consequence.

Authors come to me when they want more than editing.

They come for vision, structure, strategy, and a level of refinement that elevates their ideas to their fullest potential.

What I Do

Editorial Development

Deep, structural engagement with your manuscript.

From concept to architecture to line-editing finesse, I help you create a book that stands out in its intelligence, polish, and coherence.

Author Coaching

A bespoke, high-level partnership.

Together we shape your voice, refine your message, and cultivate the discipline and confidence needed to complete your book at its highest standard.

International Perspective

With experience in five languages and transatlantic publishing ecosystems, I offer insights few U.S.-only book coaches can provide: a sense of cultural texture, broader market intelligence, and a global editorial eye.

Publishing Strategy

Expert navigation of both U.S. and European markets.

I advise on agents, publishers, proposals, competitive landscapes, and how to position your book — and yourself — for visibility and long-term impact.

Why Authors Work With Me

Because they want a book that stands apart.

This is not coaching in the casual sense. It is craftsmanship, partnership, and vision.

ABOUT ME

I began my career in European publishing and expanded into the UK and U.S. markets, working with authors whose books went on to become New York Times and international bestsellers. I have also worked with first-time authors launching their writing careers, mid-range authors whose books sell steadily and backlist well and who are looking to uptick their reach. My background across five languages allows me to navigate cultural nuance, literary tone, and market positioning with unusual sensitivity.

My work is rooted in a single conviction: every author deserves a guide who recognizes the true scale of their ideas — and knows how to bring that scale into form.

I work closely with writers who are ready to refine their voice, structure their narrative with precision, and present their work to publishers and readers with clarity and authority.
